Interview With Finance Specialist Warner Trejo

Hello Warner Trejo! How are you?

“Unbelievable, thanks for having me.”

What exactly do you do for a career?

I am a Financial Professional who specializes in developing business brokers inside the Financial Industry.

Can you tell us about your company/job/hustle?

“The name of the firm I represent is World Financial Group and we help families, businesses, and individuals with proper financial education and planning. Our firm represents over 100 different solutions and companies which allow us to properly and thoroughly find the best solutions for those we sit with.”

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

“The most rewarding part of what I do is seeing individuals live up to their potential and Financial peace of mind. Seeing others grow and develop into leaders is one of the most rewarding feelings of what I do as a professional.”

What are some of the challenges you faced along the way?

“The biggest challenge I faced was finding guidance in business or the right type of career. For too long I was trying to find things that I was passionate about. The problem with that is that I was paralyzed from overanalyzing what passion really meant. Soon I began to realize that it was never about seeking the income; it was absolutely about the outcome. Finding Identity can be tough but that is why mentorship is so powerful. Mentorship provides guidance in the right direction.”

What is your greatest success so far?

“When I began my journey in entrepreneurship my biggest fear was the perceived inconsistency of generating income. As soon as I figured out this piece of the puzzle I realized that my success and my growth influenced others around me. Most importantly it influenced my family; I would say seeing my father proud of me is my biggest success.”

What does it take to be a successful entrepreneur?

“Success can be defined in many ways, but what I consider to be a successful entrepreneur is someone who has freedom and flexibility of their time. Money can come and go but time is the one asset that once we use it we cannot get it back. Entrepreneurship allowed me the freedom to decide how to use my time.”

What is some advice you would give to a young entrepreneur?

“Fail now, fail fast, fail often. Do not be afraid to try new things, don’t be afraid to fail. Failure will teach you things that success cannot.”
